One of the major benefits of stretch blow molding processing is the
ability to stretch the preform in both the hoop direction and the axial
direction. This biaxial stretching of material increases the
tensile strength, barrier properties, drop impact, clarity, and top
load in the container.
With these increases it is usually possible to reduce the overall
weight in a container by 10%-15% less then when producing in
another way.
No reheat needed, it can perform the higher speed and more
efficient and energy saving.
Hot runner with valve gate type, designed with special anti-leak
device, is adopted for higher preform gate finishing.
The barrel temperature and mold heat flow temperature are precisely
controlled by PID.
Fully automatic control, easy to operate; realize no human hand
contact in the production process of the product, to ensure that
the product is clean and hygienic.
