Why Injection Stretch Blow Plastic Jar Making Machine?

Scrapless process meaning no flash to trim and no regrind.
One of the major advantages of stretch blow molding is the ability
to stretch the preform in both the hoop direction and the axial
direction. This biaxial stretching of material increases the
tensile strength, barrier properties, drop impact, clarity, and top
load in the container. With these increases it is usually possible
to reduce the overall weight in a container by 10 to 15 percent
less then when producing a container in another way.
In the single-stage process, preform injection and bottle blowing
are done in one machine, as the neck is handled by the die
throughout the entire process and blow molding to ensure the
preforms do not come into contact with other objects during
transportation, thus producing finished products with glossy,
complete, and untarnished appearances. Suitable for high-priced and
high-quality bottle production.
Shaping ability: the preform remains warm during the process, which
could present a better shaping ability, a sharper angle.
Upgraded Technology
No reheat needed, it can perform the higher speed and more
efficient and energy saving.
Adopted PID control achieves precise and steady temperature.
Less transmission and working procedure save the products from damp
and pollution so hygienic requirement especially for food grade
bottles is well guaranteed.
Hot runner with valve gate type, designed with special anti-leak
device, is adopted for higher preform gate finishing.
Can use recycling material and combined with the optimized and
improved procedures, it achieves the best efficiency and cost.
Modular design so only need to change the mold to make a new
